I have read and agree to abide by the Pack 465 Camping Policy (click here to view) and all appropriate BSA Guidelines, including Safe Scouting, Leave No Trace, and Youth Protection Guidelines. I/We understand that participation in this event may involve a certain degree of risk. I/We have carefully considered the risk involved and give consent for the Cub Scout and family members named above to participate. I/We hereby release Cub Scout Pack 465, the registered adult leaders of Cub Scout Pack 465, the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Hickory Flat United Methodist Church, and the owners of the property on which the event is held from all liability, claims, demands, injury, losses, or damages incurred in association with this event, and I/we further agree that if, despite this release, I or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the above named parties, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the above named parties from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may be incurred as a result of such claim. I am the parent and/or legal guardian of each minor named above.
