Remember to collect payment when orders are taken. Checks should be made payable to Pack 465.
Make sure that you check your order sheet carefully (fill in all the way down and across and make sure that all dollar amounts match).
Make a copy of your order sheet before turning it in. You will not get the original back.
Select your prize choice(s) and place on the order form.
All order sheets MUST be turned in by October 15, 2009.
